Use real equirectangular panoramas (360° camera) or a 360° simulation generated from Virtual Staging. They are not the same: the simulation invents what the original photo does not show.
Mix&Design case: 360° simulation of a furnished living room
Same project as Virtual Staging (September 2026). After Mediterranean staging, the 360° Viewer opened a panoramic simulation. It is not a real spherical capture of the property.

The tour open in the 360° Viewer (simulation from Virtual Staging).
AI invents the ceiling, sides and what sits behind the camera. It is for imagining the space, not for measuring or as proof of the real condition.
